翻译的种类有哪些

翻译一般分为口译和笔译两种。

这个取决于您要做哪一种翻译了，简单地说：

（1）笔译，笔译（除翻译文学作品外，估计您要是自学的话，应该不会去翻译文学作品了）相对来说稍微简单点，因为不需要临场反应，可以借助词典、网络等，笔译起码需要一定的单词量、相当的英文文章积累，否则翻译出来的东西肯定不地道；另外，如果您想就某一特定领域做翻译，比如汽车、建筑、会计等，就最好是对这方面的专业知识有一定了解；

（2）口译：相对难一些，因为不仅您要能在脑海里想出来对应的翻译，还要能在短时间内说出来，您可以了解一下同声传译，这个一般被认为是口译中很高的水平了。

至于学历、证书、工作经验的话，如果单纯是您想掌握英语翻译这门技能的话，可能并不需要，但是如果您想从事英语翻译方面的工作，可能在求职时别人会关注，通常大家都爱要英语专业毕业的学生，口译证书（上海有个中级口译、高级口译证书）会比较好一点，大学英语四六级什么的太小儿科了，工作经验当然是越丰富越好。
